Hearthbuddy and other apps

I was wondering if it's safe to run Hearthbuddy in background and play WoW, LoL, etc. at the same time. Will it detect as a bannable engine?

My honest opinion dont run 2 games at the same time is asking for problems.

See i wouldn't do it with any other game. I know a lot of people who have hearthstone open with wow and play it waiting for Raids to fill or there party's to fill.

30 min wait if your DPS on my wow server waiting for a tank / healer
