Hearth Buddy wont start, new purchase new account today

Hi, I have used a lot of your bots before without much issue. The error that I am being given is very generic and not much help. See screen shot and logs. I hope you guys can help me out. Like I said it is a brand new account and install. I have already completed the tutorial. I also tried starting the bot as admin and still no luck.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
