Heartbuddy crash Win8.1

Just downloaded Heartbuddy with a trailkey. When i start Heartbuddy it crashes right away. Can't seem to start it then for an other 15 minutes due to max sessions. Any idea what can caurse the crash? Added the logfile as attachement.

Problem solved. Removed everything, rebooted, Installed all again. Updated Windows and runned HB under Windows 7 compatebility.
