Healing in bgs

I must be doing something wrong as the bot doesnt heal anyone in BGs it just stands in the middle of the fight.

I have tried it with a low level holy priest and a fully geared resto druid and nothing except heal itself and die standing in the middle of a fight.

I am (obviously) using the bg buddy base, with a fully up to date singular cc for each, am I missing a step in the setup?

For the record I have no problems with dps classes / specs and often top the bg rankings but heals????

Thanks Tony and I appreciate your request for a log, I will try a bg now but I am afraid that I may be reported doing so as it really is that bad (no heals, no dps etc). Before I do I assume bg buddy can act as a bg healer as a human would ie healing those in need and the MT

The same is true using arena lazyraider on follow and playing the tank, it just heals itself

here is the log,

Basically the bg went like this
-started
- got sapped by rogue
- got killed by rogue
- ran into a fight, did nothing
- said it was going to flag carrier, ran straight passed him all the way to the flag base
- ran back to fight
etc
etc

didnt do a single damage or heal so I cancelled the bot for fear of a report
