Any healing abilities - i.e. AbilityManager.CanCast("Underworld Medicine", JoeUnit) - keeps returning false, known ability and it's off CD (and fails always, whether JoeUnit is a TorCharacter, or a TorPlayer).
Correction: Sawbones only at this point, Merc seems to be working Ok - will test the others and notify.
Mybad on this - wasn't checking for the necessary buffs - you can nuke this thread.
