Hbuddy cant find vaild Wow to attach to.

Well I have used Huddy for about 2 months now, stopped using it for about a week and a half, tried to log on to it and i get this
"You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid WoW instance to use Honorbuddy."

i tried restarting Wow, Hbuddy and my computer and still get this. Any thoughts?

make sure that you are on the latest Hb version
