HBrelog help

Hey guys, I have a problem with HBrelog:

[4/2/2012 9:49:58 PM] System.Xml.XmlException: Root element is missing.
   at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.Throw(Exception e)
   at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.ParseDocumentContent()
   at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.Read()
   at System.Xml.XmlReader.MoveToContent()
   at System.Xml.Linq.XElement.Load(XmlReader reader, LoadOptions options)
   at System.Xml.Linq.XElement.Load(String uri, LoadOptions options)
   at HighVoltz.HBRelog.Settings.GlobalSettings.Load()
   at HighVoltz.HBRelog.HBRelogManager..cctor()

I just used to today and it was fine. I then deleted it and reloaded it with SVN. Still cant get it It wont let me even open it.
