Do you think it would be less conspicuous for a bot to play for 8 hours, take a 1 hour break, then bot for 8 hours then take a 1 hr break then bot for 8 hrs (goes on 24/7) or play for 2-3 take 15-30 min break? Sorry if question is hard to understand, its late where I live.

I think Blizzard monitors like total playtime per day, week, month, if this is the case 22 hrs online per day would be very suspicious.
It's good vs player reports, ppl who adds you to friend list for example.

I think you should do like -
start him 7 in the morning, go 12 hrs (30 min break somewhere) then at 7 pm log out for an hour (dinner), go to 2 am and sleep 5 hrs. schedules like this. Assuming Blizzard doesn't follow you and see you gather these hours, they just see online time but with a human like schdule.
