HB3 not using artifact power ability?

Running HB3 3.0 r15964 Build 846 on an enhance shaman and its not using the artifact power ability. Is there a setting for this or does anyone know how to get this working? Currently using default combat routine and mega pack profile. Thanks.

That has nothing to do with HB afaik, that is the CR. Singular atm, guess its not in it right now.

Ok thanks for the reply. Didn't know if it was HB3 or Singular. Likely Singular then. IS there an SVN for Singular?

For DH the Routine from milliz use them.

Yeah, I had to add that, just recently for my DH custom routine for Vengeance. The Havoc one is Passive. It's for the CR to do though.
