HB3 just stands there, doesn't move - log attached

After updating to HB3 the bot doesn't move... it just stands there while it spams messages about my latency connection. I've already tried a clean install and wiping out my c++... no go. here is my log.

this pretty clearly explains it. Maybe need to post this into the "Mesh errors" section.
