HB3/FishingBuddy/Singular Will not dismount and defend when attacked

When attacked while running FishingBuddy under HB3 the bot does not defend itself, stands still, and "Cannot use this item" is flashed on the screen. I'm assuming it's trying to repeatedly cast the fishing line while in combat. Log file is attached.

This is only happening on my Paladin. I've tested it with a blood DK, WW monk and outlaw rogue. The Prot Paladin is the only one this appears to effect. I need to check him with different mounts too -- he's using the Paladin charger which I know has different dismount levels when hit in combat
