HB2 wont start, some error

after not botting for week, coz it dont work, im trying hb2 and i get this error

Currently Using BotBase : Questing
Current zone is Dustwallow Marsh (Dustwallow Marsh - Zone - World of Warcraft)

questing dont work, was trying dungeon and it works, bot do dungeons but not questing

How can I make it, if there is no installer. Only zip file for hb2
