HB won't start

When I open HB it asks me for permission, like always, I click yes and nothing happens.
When I go to task manager I can see Honorbuddy.exe is open.
Tried fresh install twice, also copied a working copy from another computer, uninstalled anti-virus and firewall, all requirements to run HB are installed and updated.

The only thing my log says:
[03:04:48.252 N] Honorbuddy v3.0.16527.867 started.

Only happens on one of my computers, what am I missing here?

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart

Alrighty so I uninstalled all Microsoft Visual C++ redistributables,
restarted my computer,
downloaded http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip,
but when I run it (as admin of course) it gets stuck on Installing Visual C++ 2010 x86 for a very long time and nothing happens,
tried leaving it on overnight and 1-4 hours, but nothing happens.

Is there a list of all dependencies needed for HB so I can manually download and install them?

Same thing, I'm going to try and delete all vcredistr related stuff from registry after uninstalling it.
If that doesn't work, I'm just going to setup a virtual machine and run my bots through that, ideally I would reinstall my windows but the computer is two thousand miles away...
