HB won't start up completely

So I launch HB, it loads up perfectly. Then I have to close it to switch the CC for another character and it just stays at:

Honorbuddy v2.5.12898.768 started.
Logging in...
T: 5247287679753170300 H: 4235720712

I have tried reinstalling HB, restarting my computer multiple times, checking my hosts file (there is only the localhost entry) and I have also tried previous installations. I noticed other people reporting this same issue, so it would make sense that the issue is server-side in some way.

Any ideas?
