remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

yes avast, i turn off shields for ten mins then try and it still wont work, just stays at check buddy store products this may take a while.

uninstall your antivirus for a bit and also make a new HB installation from scratch,test it and let me know plz
