HB wont open all the way, getting stuck?

Two issues. First is When I am trying to launch honor buddy it is getting stuck and wont complete the process so I can start and edit settings. The second is when I am using MRGEAR plugin and I go to recompile to save the settings it freezes the Bot and I have to go into task manager to close it. This causes the license to display max use unless i reboot the PC or use a different key.
