HB wont load....

everytime i try to load HB it says "You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid WoW instance to use Honorbuddy"

anyone have any ideas what that is? this is just something new to me... i never had any problems before
