HB wont load profiles from store

Im having an issue with HB loading *any* profiles from the store. I have several purchased, but when I try to load them with, no matter what they are, HB just automatically loads the last local profile that I loaded and proceeds to try to run it in the botbase thats selected. I have done a clean install and still get this issue. help! I cant do any questing this way!!
