HB wont launch

Had this problem a while back.. It wont launch at all here is my log.

Its not the setup it just wont launch at all.. i can see it in the task manager but no where else

i have seen this issue on some users in the past,most of them did a fresh OS installation

but try something before that

delete settings folder and try again
