HB wont launch

Got this error when lauching.

Reinstalled Hearthbuddy , launched Buddywizzard , still nothing.

1. Try to download zip file again
2. Extract zip file in C:\Hearthbuddy folder
3. Provide OS informations

Moved folder from desktop to folder C: and it fixed the problem, this can be locked.
