HB wont attach to WoW

Recently bought a new laptop, did a fresh install using the guide so it was done right.
But when I try to inject hb it doesn't work. I have tried using it with wow in d3d9 and d3d11 and in the log it gives different problems.

Checked the list over and over and no I have none of those items installed.

MSI Titan is the new laptop if that helps?

Yes i have Norton AV but so did my old laptop so i allowed it through that and the firewall.

And yes i have the Pre-reqs.

*Edit* I disabled a few programs i had running and it seems to be working now.
