HB will not open

same issue as a previous thread however was told to start my own
HB automatically closes as soon as i press the Login button

even changing to Dx9 settings the same issue occurs

update - did a fresh install and still the same issue

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

the only one was razer synapse, i have completely uninstalled yet still having the same issue

deleted everything and done all the above suggestions, did another fresh install, still just closing down immediately
