HB will not load

I have tried every solution including using the buddy wizard and nothing has worked. I reinstalled and repaired the installation and HB will launch both WoW and HB but HB will not load up to even check the Buddy store or start any profiles. I think the issue might be in my settings for HB but not sure. Log attached. Thank you.

Have you copied any old settings or does this problem exist on a clean installation?

It continues on a clean install. I'll do another to see if it changes anything.

.NET and C++ runtimes all up2date?
Try to reinstall them... Perhaps it helps.

After doing lots of installs and checking the logs I determined the cause of HB not loading to be corrupt file settings in my settings folder. I deleted the ones that were modified at the same time or so. Around 5 files were removed and my HB is back up and running.

Maybe there are some permission errors and the files could not be written.
But nice to hear that it works now.
