HB will not attach to any characters

As I stated in title HB will not attach to any of my characters, this is my first post because it is my first problem I had in 3+years, sits at the logging in....T: 5247524413627413193 H: 2916168910 area without actually connecting. Thank you for your help. My AV is the standard windows defender but that hasn't been an issue the last few months but heres the log.

Hi, Bigbru, and thanks for the log.

First, let's try switching the WoWclient from DX11 to DX9, and restart the WoWclient. More info here:

If no joy, let's make certain your Antivirus is not interfering:

BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:AntiVirus Interference​

If still no joy, its time to check the dependencies:

BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:Missing Dependencies​

If none of these work, a fresh log please.

Still having the same issue, even after making the changes and double checking everything, tried reinstalling HB but comp will not allow me to and for the life of me cant figure out how to allow it thru admin privileges lmao.

Hi, Bigbru,

Let's do a 'clean install' as described in this article:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

At this point, its the only possibility left. You will need Windows administrative privileges to do this. If you can't get them, you can't run Honorbuddy.

Clean install did the trick, thanks for the help!! Running on fumes was not helping things but got it all up and running, thanks again and have a good one!
