HB suddenly no longer starting correctly

I got issues now to start my HB. I used the client with all plugins etc for now 3 days without any problems. Now it says NullReferenceException.

I tried using a backup copy of the client and deleting the settings folder. but nothing helped.

I tried deleting the mesh folder too, but hasn't solved my problem...
