HB stuck?

I am having trouble, everytime i try to start hb it stays in one area. It does nothing. It used to crash but now it just stops in the starting point.

please help

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

i did all of this, and for some reason it tells me honorbuddy stopped working.
