HB stuck on "logging in..."

i get in game and on my character but then when i hit log in it just gets stuck at "logging in.."
i restarted my computer and switched from dx9 to dx11 and then back again but still didnt work. i also made sure i was running 32 bit client as well. need help!!View attachment 10572 2016-03-19 19.56.txt

mcafee livesafe but thats on the list of exceptions isnt it

you must exclude Hb folder under your mcafee's settings
