HB store profile question

i have a question about a profile i purchased on the store. i understand how they work and i can use them just fine however, since they're "streamed" theres no way to edit the profile? and one of the profiles i have will not pick up the questing where i left off. it tries to start from the first quest. i'm pretty sure there is a way to edit this in the profile .xml but if i don't have access to it how do i fix the problem?

You have to contact the Developer of this Profile.
He is the only one how can fix it.
