HB stops after press start button and sometimes exit the game

As the title shown, this issue is repeatedly for only 1 character after pc suddenly shutdown.

and still dunno why this happen since other chars are working fine with the bot.

clear your settings folder

Thanks for fast reply and its worked!

what i did is clear any thing related to that only char inside settings folder while didnt delete whole settings folder.

but i would like to know why and how that happened to avoid it in future.
