HB seriously lag

Everytime I post logs I just keep getting same answers like clear cache fresh install. I've done all this and the problem still persists.
My raid starts in 3 hours so i would appreciate some support so I dont have to sit out again for mythics because I wipe the raid freezing during mechanics.
