HB Really slot to do stuff after skinning a mob :(

Hi all, i am having some troubles with skinning atm. I kill loot then skin then he just chills out for like 6 seconds and sometimes he even mounts up and does a circle then dismounts and begins to skin. Can someone plz help me on this one? as it is taking up a crapload or my grinding time
