HB random shut down and can't relog unless restart pc

Hi i have had this problem for some time when i am in raids lfr or dungeons Etc everything working ok then it just closes down i look in the log i see nothing , i am running Dx9 i have tryed it with raid bot Enyo Lazy raider and combat bot i have also used singular with no luck i am not running any of the addons and programs in the list from here BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:Programs that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products - The Buddy Wiki

and i have used the buddy wizard and still no luck , also done a format of my pc and re installed Windows 7
i am totally lost on what the problem is,

After it shuts down i don't get T: 5247330831659432904 H: 2586477475 i just get the logging in....
Then it says not responding and i shut it down the only way to get it to work is if i restart my pc, but it's no fun restarting my pc 3 times in a raid
I have also port Forwarded the the ports 5031 and 80
 
ok so you are not getting max seasons. if that was the case you would need to kill honorbuddy in the buddy auth on the website. as for the issue you are having that is an odd one
 
i need the log AFTER the crash. the issue is that because hb is crashing out its not unhooking wow completely and causing the next copy of honorbuddy to not be able to attach. if you restart it should be fine.
 
I deleted my logs but i will put one up as soon as it happens again

What do you mean with shutting down? Do you mean WoW or HB is closing without any error or what?
I can't see anything in the logs why HB should shutdown itself and its not a know issue.
 
Yea HB just closes down , it was working fine then in raid just closes down , and i can't restart it till i restart pc
 
ok i am thinking it may be a network problem as i have had the same problem on my laptop any idea's
 
if thats the case. directly plug into your router, or connect to a different network in a different place completely.
 
I changed my router running though ethernet still same problem im lost on this got absolutely no idea what the problem is tried running both directx 9 and 11 it does it on all bot bases
 
Still getting same problem installed windows 7 32bit to see if that helped and still getting same problem Hb random shutdowns i even logged on to Buddy Auth to stop the key process but still it hangs on login , its like you say CodenameG that its still attached to wow when it shuts down and the only way i can un hook it from wow is to restart the pc unless i wait like 20mins , it is really annoying , i even tried another key and hb in a different drive after this has happens and still wont login i have reinstalled wow in two different places on my pc to see if that would help to :(
