HB Questing Using kick's profiles 12-58 Problem

For some reason when i come up to Cerelia to take the quest Ethel Rethor the bot clicks on it and then nothing happens, there is no quest available to my toon. I will include the log as well. the log is saying it is done so any ideas around that?
