HB Questing Error Issues for .577 Fix

For everyone that had the same issues as me with this crappy reinstallation crap...
Just do what I did... Delete Honobuddy.exe, the conflicting folders... Profiles and Quest Behaviors.
Rename Honorbuddy.exe.bak to just Honorbuddy.exe run the app and it will auto update and reinstall the folders for you, drag and drop the files you need to run certain Profiles and Quest Behaviors. Walla Bug Free HB :) Enjoy!

PS Don't blame the Dev Team they're fuckin awesome! Blame blizzard for altering all the folders in the patch ups and causing the shutdown to begin with.

I'll simplify it for people who dunno what to do with the steps.

Go to the Folder: Honorbuddy.
Delete the Application titled Honorbuddy.exe then rename Honorbuddy.exe.bak to Honorbuddy.exe
Delete the following Folders, Profiles / Quest Behaviors.
Run Honorbuddy.exe
Visit the original SVN Folders and drag and drop the Files required to run certain plugins.
Example: Mop Daily Folder / Plugins Folder / Profiles Folder / Quest Behaviors Folder << Drag and drop these after the update into the Honorbuddy Folder

That is a strange question since the original HB Updates replace the old hb.exe to .bak during updates so that it knows which version was last used. I am assuming you ran the beta? I'm not to sure the beta is supported by this trick, I used the beta once and noticed a lot of glitches, after that I just stuck to waiting for the final release.

LOL, I just realized I didn't really answer your question of how to fix this... Chances are you may need to redownload the update via ZIP and make a new folder for it, the only real issue with this patch is quest behaviors and profiles, However... if you have a friend who also bots have him send you the file and add it to the folder and do the steps above it should solve your problem.

drag and drop the files you need to run certain Profiles and Quest Behaviors. what do you mean by that ? i have done what u said, it asked for an update so i updated it then started it but the same issue came up once more

You drag and drop the files you needed like the MOP Dailies they require certain profiles, so you drag and drop them into the profiles folder/ Quest behaviors. This is done after you updated the bot. Follow it step by step.
 
I am having the same issue and i cant run the questing bot neither, But how do i get this to work agin, This sounds alittel complicatet to me cant i just delete and download HB agin or will they fix it soon ?
 
download new update. copy over settings bots and routines folder

Follow the steps that I simplified, I'm not so sure there's anything for HB to fix since a Fresh install will fix the problem, Or using the trick I am to make it less work.

This actually doesn't work sometimes, which is why Deleting the whole folder for Quest Behaviors and Profiles are necessary. Besides why download the whole thing again if you don't need to? This does all the downloading for you, it just runs the updater which means everything is in place and you only have to run the bot when it's all said and done :)
 
dont it just i wasnt shure what was going on i was going to go to kicks and say whats up with your profiles man lol didnt know it was the bot

LOL! I saw everyone doing that to his profile page along with Brodie's, Brodie tried to explain that it was a bot issue but still people were posting the same error. I decided to post this to perhaps take the heat off their pages so they don't get frustrated trying to explain the problem.
 
LOL this made no since as I was doing it but it worked thank you sir I can now get back to questing again! :D
