HB profile trouble aswell as GB trouble

can any1 help me? 1. my hb wont recognise the profiles in the folder 2. when ever i open my GB it says send error report to bossland plz help

you have to load the profiles on Hb
press the "load profile" button and choose the profile

as for the Gb problem post your debug file here

you cant see Hb profiles uploaded somewhere

only on Gb the profiles are uploaded on the profile page

the process i take into getting a new profile is 1. Download it 2. open in winrar 3. extract it into the folder.... but when i open up HB and try and load it its not there

that is not an Hb issue tho
it has to do with your pc
the same for your Gb issue
are you the admin on the pc?

are you trying to run Gb as admin?

yeh im running everything as admin, should i reset setting because HB and GB were working before cata

if it produces a "debug.html" file, please attach it here (go advanced --> manage attachments --> browse --> find the debug.html file and click ok)

there isnt a debug.html file i searched comp... theres one in my GB 3.3.5folder but the folder im having trouble with is my Cata GB folder (its the latest)

and you're 100% positive that you're right clicking gb.exe and then clicking run as administrator?

I still don't understand your HB problem?

can you re-phrase the problem, and / or upload the log.txt that is inside of the logs folder

So when i go through the process of getting a profile say ur 58-58 hellfire profile, I download it, then i open in winrar, then i extract it into my HB folder, but when i run HB and click load profile, the profile i added isnt in there.

download 1 of these and put it anywhere you want, click load profile in the HB client, then find the file and click open. no need to extract it anywhere

so you have wow started, you have hb started, you're logged into HB ... you click load profile and you can't find the file? via the popup box?
