HB profile creator

Sup folks,

Some time ago there was a profile creator.
I think apoc coded it.

I was curious if there's still a working version or an alternative to it...
Especially for question profiles since its pretty annoying to create those just with notepad++.
I think there would be a lot more good profiles if there would be a user friendly program.

There definitely would be a lot more people making their own profiles if there was an in-built profile creator in Honorbuddy (complain all you want that they already exist but my opinion is solid, just look at when piroxbots existed).

I would just click on Developers Tools and click on the waypoint to copy it to the Honorbuddy GUI which can then be placed into a profile, although you need the right structure.

Yeah I know that.
But in my opinion a GUI for creating profiles would it make much easier to use HB for specific needs...
I loved Apocs Program!

Questing maybe.
I like to create my own prifiles because I like to know the exact content of em.
I always feel unconfortable with downloading profiles from the forums.
 
I was working on an APP a while back.

Was a notepad type thing where you would click on say

"Quest pickup"

You would put in the quest ID from wowhead and it would add in all the info, NPC name, NPC ID, quest name, etc.

Dont have the files anymore, but if enough people wanted it, im sure i could start it again.

It does look amazing and it would be great for community safety if everyone is writing and sharing there own profiles.

Too bad that thread is now Archived and the project has either stalled, or died. At least, it seems to have died. I could be wrong. I just took a quick glance at the entire thread that you linked. I don't know if there's an alternative thread for this project. All in all, a profile creator would be nice to have. Something easy to use for us users that are not so savvy with profile creation. That would be great. I could then make my own farming profiles simply, and not have to follow the umpteen-thousand steps that are used with gatherer, and all those other tools to make a profile.
