HB problems

Im still having problems with HB. I download a profile and copy and paste it into the folder but when i open HB and press load profile, the profile i just added does not show up.

I posted the same problem and i was told do uninstall .NET framework 4 and use .NET framework 3.5 and i did so but it still doesnt work

please help

keeep the profile on your desktop
and try to load it from there
