remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

OK finaly got it.Actualy you need to delete all x86 redistributable not only 2010/2012. Next question where shoul i get all profiles now for questing?? as they not in HB folder?
Problem is i create buddy account later then i got key when i log in store they said im not have any key and not alowed to dowload??

your buddyauth account should have your honorbuddy key listed. if it does not the buddystore will not let you add products.
