HB problem with buddyauth key attach

hey guys,

i got a problem to attach my key on buddy auth.

if i try to attach buddyauth told me they key is already claimed, but in key list is nothing to see.
so how can i attach my key on this account?

can somebody help me, or is there an teamspeak where i can ask someone ?
