HB problem. Slow action, do not use spell.

Hi there
I bought HB about three weeks ago and it works fine for the past three weeks. However, today the bot reacts very slow and when i use the combat bot on dummys, none of my spells was used. Then i reinstall the HB and buy a new license and it does not work. Even worse, HB refude to stream any stuff i bought from the store.
BTW: I am currently using the China server.

Same problem, I am using China server too, now I can only use the agent otherwise the hb doesn't work any more, please help these our chinese client .

theres no reason why it should be set above 15, try lowering it to see if that helps.

well， unfortunately, my internet seems to have some problems right now. The HB keeps popping up the window "Authentication failed. Sever exception." Maybe i will try the recommend setting after i return to the USA.
