i disconnected from the then it opened an explorer page says warden check i tried some methods on the forum regedit and cleared addons plugins etc

The first part is just a crash or dc. The warden part can be fixed by doing the start -> run -> regedit -> hkey_current_user/software/<random 10 digit number> -> delete LastUpdate folder or setting your clock ahead.
