HB problem Max sessions reached

Keep getting max sessions reached on HB, yet can log into GB and auth fine :/ not sure whats going on, but any help would be apprciated (yes ive waited a few mins before logging in, restarted pc etc)

Is your subscription expired? Perhaps change your PW because someone might be using it?

No its not expired, and no one else is using it as I can still log into GB (with same details)

This happens to me often but I usually just open up my task manager and close the process' and I'm good to go.
See if that works.

Your running with 1 session, so when you close one window, you have to wait a few minutes before you can open another session, i suggest buying more sessions as its more convenient and better
