- I got the following e-mail after purchasing a 1 month sub for HB, (bare in mind this has never happened to me before).

- Is there anyway I can provide additional information to further expedite this process? Can I get an explanation as to why this has happened but never has the other 10-15 times I've purchased both HB and DB keys?
