HB operating VERY SLOWLY

Anyone else experiencing HB just starting and stopping VERY VERY SLOWLY??

When I click "Start", it sits there for like 10 to 20 secs doing nothing. Sometimes it will even get marked as "Not Responding", then it will start and run ok. It does this for any of the bots I usually use, Garrisonbuddy, Questing, and Grind Bots.

When I click "Stop", it will run the bot for another 10 secs before it actually stops running.

I'm not sure if it's related, but also when I'm running Questing bot with the Horde leveling profile, it just goes thru each step VERY SLOWLY as well. It will do one step of a quest when talking to an NPC, then sit there for what feels like forever, then maybe, it will continue on. Other times, I need to stop the bot and restart it because it takes so long I think it might be stuck.

It takes forever and a day as well to run thru the Meatgut Auto-Turnin quest profile in Nagrand. Before it used to be great to run it while I was making food, then by the time I was done, it would be done and I could start grinding mats again on my farmer. Now if I want it done quickly, I have to go back to doing myself again :(

I'm not sure what happened, it started doing this 2 updates ago and I was hoping the most recent update would fix it. Alas, it has not fixed it. I'm running fresh installs of the Honorbuddy.

Someone HELP PLEASE!!! :)

I tried uninstalling Razer Synapse because I read in another post that helped someone, but still runs kind of funky for me and going through quests and objectives is still super slow in comparison from the last toon I leveled.

I have Bartender, but it's never caused an issue before. Will simply disabling the addon work or do I have to uninstall it?
 
Ok, removed Bartender. Disabled all other addons and it still goes really slow.

BUT NOW.....it started working for a bit. I got it to work for a couple hours Questing, but it stopped and just stood there for a long while and I got an error. Although still taking forever to start up and stop. Bot works fine when I run it on a different machine though.

Newest log attached. Error I'm getting is "Error trying to save the settings files: The file exists."
and it started showingn something that I've never seen, "Installed avoidance system".

I get that same error, but seems to not affect Grind Bot. Just Questing bot.

And I tried deleting the settings folder AND tried doing a fresh install of Honorbuddy.
 
are you running both bot and game as admin?
 
any other antimalware/antivirus programs installed?
 
Just McAfee, but it doesn't affect anything on my other rig with the bot.
 
something on your machine causing that behavior tho :(

try to set exceptions and let us know plz
 
Ok, I don't know what it is and I just decided to reinstall Windows 7 on my machine having the issues.

It seems to work at normal speed, but now I have another issue :(
 
then ether make a thread, or post a full log as an attachment here. do NOT do both.
