HB opens empty, nothing happens

Need assistance here, had to re-install Win7 today due to hardware changes in my pc, afterwards the HB interface is empty and remains empty.. in other words nothing happens. Been browsing for simular errors, and checked that i did install Visual C++ and MS .NET 4.51 i cannot find any other pre-requisites for running HB.

FIXED: Found out that i was missing MS C++ 2012 (x86) installing that fixed the issue, had C++ 2008 (both x64 and x86), C++2010 (both x64 and x86), C++ 2012 (x64)
