HB only logs in if I close out of wow and relog

So basically works fine as long as i restart wow completely otherwise gets stuck at

Just sits till I relog ive tried clearing the cache that doesnt work even reinstalled multiple times and still stuck.

Ive read a couple threads with people having same issues but was year or so ago never got resolved.
