honorbuddy not working

my honorbuddy starts very slowly loading and the bot menu never loads. after that is says the start up is complete but nothing will respond . ive tried re downloading it and restarting my computer but it still wont work can anyone help. this is the latest one after i deleted the settings but now it doesn't even fully load enough for it to log before it crashes. now its making wow crash can someone help

is your wow in windowed mode?
