HB not working?

So, after I downloaded the new patch on WoW I logged on HonorBuddy to start up a bot. I will link my log because it isn't working.

Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!

Honorbuddy is up-to-date

After I restart HonorBuddy and WoW it still doesn't work. Any ideas why?
