HB not working

It does work once after i reinstall everything,
but when i start it the 2nd time it crashes

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

I did all that and as said, after doing it it works once until i quit HB and HS, wenn i restart it the above problem comes

are you logged in as admin on the machine?

Yes run as admin. New Version fixed it for me Thanks for the help.
