Just installed a new VM running Windows 8.1. When I open HB and click on Launcher

first we dont support VM's. they aren't real machines and it can cause issues. we only suggest running honorbuddy on REAL hardware.
also you cannot run from network shares, honorbuddy needs to be ON the machine your running it on.
